-10 minute grace period will be given. After 5 min a $5 late fee will be applied. After 10 min your appointment will be canceled and you’ll have to book a new appointment. -Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any additional fees. -After 3 same day cancellations/no shows you will be blocked from booking -I do understand life happens just keep in mind to book accordingly. -New clients must arrive with bare nails. I do NOT soak or fill over foreign work at any time. This includes gel polish,sns on natural nails. I will NOT work over damaged nails.
